Hatha Yoga for Dharmic Living!
Three Week Hatha Yoga Series
with Daniel Sanjay Duarte

In this Saturday morning class we will explore and practice hatha yoga as a tool to live a purposeful, wholesome and upright (dharmic) life. To support our practice we will explore the virtues of yoga (yama/niyama) through yoga asanas (postures). Classes will incorporate energization exercises to release tension in the body, simple breathing practices (pranayama), a series of yoga asanas and affirmations, as well as final period of deep relaxation. This class is a three part series is available to all skill levels and is offered on a donation basis. Kindly pre-register to reserve your space for the whole series.

Daniel Sanjay Duarte is a RYT-200 hatha yoga teacher and a CSE certified meditation instructor. He completed yoga teacher training through Yoga Bharati Training at CSE and also through the Breathe for Change Yoga Training in San Francisco. Daniel has been studying closely with Yogacharya O’Brian since 2014, and he graduated from Meru Institute with an MDiv in Yoga Studies in 2018. In addition to teaching yoga and meditation, Daniel currently serves as a leader for CSE’s Young Adult Group: Generation Yoga, as well as the Youth Spiritual Education (YSE) Teen Group, and CSE’s Seva Residential Training Program.
