Transform your life by establishing a regular hatha yoga and meditation routine and seeing the benefits pervade your life. This series, led by CSE Hatha Yoga Teachers, is suitable for all levels. It will support beginners to establish a practice, and it will support advanced practitioners to re-invigorate and enhance your practice.

  Suzette K. Pangrle, PhD has been practicing yoga since 2005 and completed her Yoga Teacher Training at CSE in 2008. She is a Meru Institute student with an emphasis in Yoga Studies. As a former Director of Engineering in Silicon Valley, Suzette understands the need to consciously bring balance to her life, and is passionate about sharing yoga with others, as a support for a having healthy, balanced lifestyle.  
  Carol Parvati Knight has been teaching since 1974. She has been practicing and studying yoga since 1991 and sharing the teachings of hatha yoga since 1999. She has been studying and practicing Kriya Yoga at CSE since 2003. Parvati is E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified, she serves as faculty at Meru Institute and has taught in Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy Trainings for CSE and for Yoga Bharati.
  Claire Hayes, M.Div. was initiated into Kriya Yoga in 2009. She is a Meru Institute & YTT Graduate, and serves as the Seva Residential Training Program Manager at CSE World Headquarters. Claire also teaches meditation on a regular basis and leads Yoga for Meditation. 
  Rev. Devin Atma Sodt was initiated into Kriya Yoga in 2003 and ordained in 2009. He serves as a CSE Associate Minister and as faculty at Meru Institute. Devin is a Meru Institute graduate. He has been teaching meditation and spiritual growth practices as well as hatha yoga since 2007, having completed a 500-hour hatha yoga teacher training program.
