This in-depth training with Yogacharya O’Brian and CSE teachers will include inspiration from the lives of Kriya Yoga masters in our tradition, insight into the vision, mission, and purpose of Kriya Yoga and the essential role of superconscious meditation in it. Discover how Kriya Yoga philosophy and practices are essential for meeting the pressing needs of our time. Learn the techniques of superconscious meditation and how to effectively teach them, along with supportive guidelines and methods for healthy, fulfilled living.
 
This program is designed for disciples in the Kriya Yoga tradition who are ready for spiritual transformation and are inspired to teach and serve others.

Training includes daily meditation and teachings sessions with Yogacharya O’Brian on the following topics:

    • Kriya Yoga Lineage, History, & Philosophy
    • The Role of Kriya Yoga in Our Awakening World
    • Superconscious Meditation and Yogic Practices
    • Teaching Skills and Ethics
    • The Importance of Vision and Magnetism
    • Sadhana for Kriya Yoga Meditation Teachers
    • Attunement for Disciples Who Teach
    • Kriya Yoga Initiation Blessing Ceremony

      Completion of this program and the follow-up practicum requirements qualifies participants for certification through CSE Headquarters as a CSE Kriya Yoga Meditation Teacher. Certified CSE Kriya Yoga Meditation Teachers are affiliated with CSE Headquarters where they receive support and guidance for teaching classes and leading groups.

      Applicants must be a Kriya Yoga initiate, have taken the formal steps of discipleship in the tradition of Kriya Yoga, and be inspired to teach Kriya Yoga meditation and/or lead a Kriya Yoga meditation group.

      STUDY PRE-REQUISITES

          APPLICATION FEE: $50 (non-refundable)
          Enrollment period: May 31 – July 17, 2023. Register below to receive an application.

          PROGRAM TUITION: $1,000
          Tuition includes teacher training, training materials, and all meals.

          Yogacharya Ellen Grace O'Brian is the Spiritual Director of Center for Spiritual Enlightenment (CSE) in San Jose, California, serving seeking souls since 1981. CSE is a meditation center in the spiritual tradition of Kriya Yoga that serves people from all faith backgrounds who are seeking Self- and God-realization. Yogacharya O’Brian was ordained to teach in 1982 by Roy Eugene Davis, a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda who brought the teachings of Kriya Yoga from India to the West.

          CSE teachers include: Acharya Sundari Jensen, Acharya Devin Atma Sodt, Acharya Vandana Whang-Ramos, Rev. Sarasvati Hayes, Rev. Devi McFadden, and Rev. Irma Lovic (Sandhya).
