“When the sun (ha) and moon (tha) currents of life force in the spine are harmonized, mental and emotional fluctuations cease, and superconscious states can emerge.”
—Roy Eugene Davis

This class supports integration on the spiritual path by bringing body, mind, and Self into greater alignment through foundational practices of asana, pranayama, and meditation. Emphasis is placed on conscious, relaxed, and steady movement to build strength and flexibility while calming the mind and settling emotional waves. By uniting breath, movement, and awareness, the practice naturally becomes meditative, inviting us out of habitual thinking and into embodied wisdom.

The class is accessible to all bodies and experience levels. Chairs and props are available, and participants are encouraged to come just as they are.
