CSE understands and shares concerns about
privacy. We want to assure you that we respect your privacy
and we treat your personal information with the highest
standards of safety, security and confidentiality. We will
never sell, rent or loan your personally identifiable information

What type of information does CSE collect?
Our goal is to provide you with a safe and
useful experience. When we collect information about you
it is in an effort to make your use of our services more
efficient and customized to you. You are free to browse
the Web site without revealing any personal information
about yourself. However, once you give us your personal
information, you are not anonymous to us.
Automatic Information
We automatically track certain information
based upon your use of this web site. We use this information
to analyze what information is useful to persons using the
site. This information may include the URL that you just
came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are
using, and your IP address.
What about Cookies?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information
that a web site will store on your computers hard
drive. CSE's web site uses cookies to identify you during
your session and make our services easier for you to access

your experience of the web site will likely be enhanced

you would like to use the services of the Center. You can
always choose not to provide information, but you may not

We use the information we collect from you
to provide information and services to you. Also, from time
to time, we review the actions of visitors to this web site
on an aggregate basis to determine how best to serve our
community. We also analyze and research on our visitors'
demographics, interests, and pages viewed based on the information
provided to us and from our server log files. We never share
your personal information with any other party, or, use
it in a way that does not directly relate to serving you
as a member of our community.

When you provide us with your name, email
address, postal address and/or phone number information
we keep it on file to assist us to communicate with you
regarding programs for which you have registered and other
information about Center services that we feel may serve
you as a member of our community. As a result, you can reasonably
expect as a result of you providing this information in
conjunction with a specific service offered by the Center,
that we will use this information to contact you on other
occasions with information pertaining to other services
offered by the Center. You are able to indicate to us that
you do not wish to be on our general postal mail list by
editing your profile information on this site, or, by calling
or emailing the Center to ask to have your profile updated
in this way.
Third Party Sites
You may visit other web sites, through links
on our site. These other sites may collect, use and share
your personal information in accordance with their own privacy
policies. The information practices of those websites linking
from or to our site are not covered by this Policy, and
we encourage you to be very cautious before you disclose
your personal information to others.
Accessing and Updating Your Information
You always have the opportunity to review
and change the information you provide to us by logging
into the site and entering in the new information yourself.
You can edit your name, contact information and preferences
by logging into the Profile
Management section of the site.
You may ask to have your profile information
removed from our active databases to prevent your information
from being used by us in the normal course of our service
offerings; however, because we keep track of past activities,
you cannot delete information associated with that past
activity. Such information will be deactivated as soon as
reasonably possible based on your indicated wishes. Also,
as a security measure we "back up" the data stored
on our systems, and such prior information cannot be completely
removed from our databases. Therefore, you should not expect
that all of your personally identifiable information will
be completely removed from our databases in response to
your requests, however, you can expect that we will discontinue
to actively use this information.
Privacy Policy Changes
CSE reserves the right to change, modify,
add or remove portions of this Policy at any time. Any changes
will be posted in this document and will become effective
immediately upon being posted unless we tell you otherwise.
You can rest assured however that we will never disclose
your private information to any other party at any time
in the future, nor will we ever use that information for
purposes not expressly in support of the Center's mission.
