  • Learn to sit, bend, stand, walk and lie down with ease.
  • Relieve back pain, a rounded back, forward head, stiffness and imbalance.
  • Practice gentle yoga stretches.
  • Small class size allows personal evaluation and hands-on instruction.

About the instructor:
Thea Sawyer has studied posture, alignment and yoga in California, France and India since 1991. She is a CA certified yoga teacher, a certified Balance and Aplomb instructor and the author of the book “Put Your Back at Ease, Pain-free posture for fitness and health”.
