16 hour: $320 (for 16 CEUs add $160) with Rev. Pat Kirti Hall and CSE Meditation Teachers

Three Wednesdays, January 7, 14, 21, 6-9pm
Friday, January 30, 6-8pm
Saturday, January 31, 10am-4pm

Training includes philosophy, techniques, teaching skills, ethics, and practicum. Deepen your own meditation practice while you learn to teach meditation to others, lead guided meditations, and group meditations.

Participants will learn to:

• Lead a meditation group
• Teach basic meditation skills
• Use guided meditations in a group setting
