This class is based on the teachings of Self-realization and the communications model developed by Dr. Thomas Gordon, well known for his "Parent Effectiveness Training" and "Leader Effectiveness Training." You'll learn how to help without rescuing, confront without hurting, and resolve conflicts without hard feelings. Come and master the art of communicating consciously.
